[ DELIVERY ]
Starts after payment is completed and takes 2-5 days to ship

· Delivery may be slightly delayed if there is a rush of orders, production delays, or yarn import problems. In this case, we will try to notify you as soon as possible through the product inquiry bulletin board and product page.

[ PAYMENT ]
Nitid Buy has an electronic payment system.
When making a deposit without a bankbook, if there is an error in the name of the designated depositor, bank, or deposit amount, it may be difficult to confirm, so please check before depositing.
When ordering without a bankbook, if payment is not made within 3 days from the order date, it will be automatically canceled.
· A cash receipt is issued upon customer request after receiving the product.

· Before wearing the product, please note that the characteristics of each material and washing method are not reasons for defects.
· In the case of a defective product, you must submit it within 7 days of receiving the product in order to exchange it.

· You can apply for exchange/return from the My Page menu within 7 days of receiving the product.
· For simple change of mind exchanges/returns, you must pay the round-trip shipping fee.

[If exchange or return is not possible]
· If the exchange/return period has been exceeded.
· In case the product value is deformed due to wear, such as material sagging or tearing.
· If the product is intentionally damaged.
   Final inspection of product condition prior to shipment.
   If intentionality is confirmed, it will be returned.
· In case of contamination or odor.
   Please note that if you send a product that is deformed from wearing, contaminated, or has perfume smell (applicable to fabric softener sprayed on), it will be returned.
· Returns may be restricted if collection is delayed due to reasons attributable to the customer.
